We create stores where customers can explore, ask questions, and find the right products without the pressure.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop Store Managers across 5-10 retail locations, setting clear expectations and building strong, accountable leadership teamsDrive district performance across sales, labor, staffing, inventory, and customer experience by using business results to identify opportunities and take actionVisit stores regularly to support managers, maintain consistent operational standards, and ensure company policies and OLCC requirements are followedPartner with Store Managers on staffing, employee development, performance management, and building a strong leadership benchWork cross-functionally with HR, Compliance, Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory, and other teams to support store performance and company initiativesIdentify opportunities to grow sales, improve the customer experience, and strengthen overall performance across the districtWhat You BringPrevious multi-location retail management experience requiredExperience directly leading and developing Store Managers or other retail leadersStrong understanding of retail operations, including sales, staffing, labor management, customer service, merchandising, and inventoryStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coach managers and hold leaders accountable for resultsAbility to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and manage competing priorities across multiple locationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel regularly and work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needsMust be 21 years of age or older and hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker PermitAbility to stand, walk, sit, and kneel throughout the workday and push, pull, or carry up to 50 poundsWhat We OfferBonus programEmployee discounts and complimentary industry samplesMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany-paid life insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysReady to grow your career with an award-winning dispensary?
