As a District Manager, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk. You will be in the restaurants, shoulder-to-shoulder with our teams, ensuring that every guest receives a world-class experience and every batch of food meets our exact standards.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations to ensure maximum productivity, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and mentor General Managers. You will be responsible for developing a pipeline of talent and maintaining a culture of accountability and hustle.
Financial Oversight: Drive sales growth and manage P&L. You’ll be tasked with maintaining tight COGS control and ensuring labor costs stay within target.
Quality & Safety: Conduct weekly QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) inspections to ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and brand standards.
Strategic Growth: Partner with the leadership team to execute local marketing campaigns and meet long-term regional objectives.
Experience: At least 3 years of Restaurant Management experience, with prior Multi-Unit or Area Manager experience preferred.
Hands-on Mentality: You enjoy being on the front lines, training staff, and "jumping in" wherever needed to ensure smooth service.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read P&L statements, manage schedules, and troubleshoot operational gaps.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams and maintain professional relationships with ownership.
Requirements: Must be 21+ years old with a valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Salary: Competitive base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
Bonus Potential: Performance-based incentives based on KPIs and store profitability.
