Overview:

District Manager


The District Manager will ensure that each General Manager is equipped to deliver sales, profit, engaged associates & an exceptional customer experience.


Primary Responsibilities:


o Business Performance

o Review targeted reports and store processes to identify sales and profit benchmarking opportunities across the district & within the region.

o Understand the competitive landscape by observing and studying other companies to learn about current initiatives/strategies.

o Coaching/ Team Development

o Assesses General Managers and leadership team to determine talent opportunities and impact on store performance.

o Engages General Managers in discussions regarding their own strengths to leverage and opportunities to develop along with how better to lead and engage their teams towards extraordinary performance.

o Assessing talent across the district leadership teams to develop session plans.

o Ensures the use of company training tools are being fully utilized and teams are held accountable.

o Team Leadership

o Shapes the culture of the stores by modeling core values and leadership capabilities across store teams.

o Consistently uses and champions technology to impact team efficiency and the customer experience.

o Creates a work environment throughout the stores that inspires team members to do the best work of their lives.

o Sets clear expectations and drives accountability by taking immediate action on performance issues within the team.

o Brand Execution

o Embodies and articulates the vision of the brand.

o Reviews and evaluates the execution of store environment standards and the customer experience.

o Encourages team to engage and support their local community through store or company initiative.

o Performance Standards

o Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) product and service sales, customer service, productivity, and attendance.

Eligible for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.

Pay Range: USD $117,000.00 - USD $195,000.00 /Yr.
