We are looking for a District Manager Ohio Valley to join our Surventis Surface Treatment team.

At Surventis Surface Treatment, we develop and manufacture tailor-made technology and system solutions for applied surface technology. Our products protect metals from corrosion, facilitate forming and treatment, prepare parts optimally for the painting process and ensure excellent coating adhesion. Our technologies and products are used in a variety of industries and end markets such as automotive, aerospace, aluminum finishing and metal forming.

The chemical treatment of metal surfaces is Surventis Surface Treatment's core competence. The focus of our worldwide activities is on the development and implementation of customized technology and system solutions for surface treatment.

The District Manager oversees sales operations within a specific geographic area, leading a team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

As a District Manager Ohio Valley, you will...

• Execute strategic sales plans to meet district quotas and expand market share within your assigned territory.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Have regular field visits with sales representatives allowing them to observe techniques, offer direct coaching, and support client interactions.
• Work closely with Key Industry Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and provide market feedback.
• Assign Sales and Profit targets to align to strategic initiatives
• Be responsible for Performance management, talent development and talent retention.
• Develop and maintain succession plan for the Sale's District.
• Hire, train and coach Technical Sales Representative, to develop effective Sales techniques, Technical problem solving, product knowledge and awareness of customer needs.
• Hire and identify needed training to develop effective Technical problem solving, product knowledge and awareness of customer needs.
• Manage pipeline and target accounts to meet our growth objectives.
• Execute Strategy of targets as identified as part of District Strategic Roadmap in collaboration with Regional Marketing and Regional Sales- Industries.
• Execute global strategies within each Industry Segment key customers.
• Keep track of competitors' offers and action building a competitive awareness.
• Provide input for the development of pricing strategies.
• Be responsible for Business reviews completion at top 20 accounts.
• Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage sales and pricing processes to align with the company's pricing guidelines and marketing pricing strategy.
• Coordinate and execute sales strategies to develop target business.
• Prepare Supply Agreements within the given authorization framework.
• Lead the effort and education for the digital processes (Salesforce, Power BI, Power Apps etc).
• Coordinate with Industry Sales personnel on target account activities.
• Share market insights and trends with Sales Managers, Key Industry Sales management and Regional Marketing management.
• Manage AR and Consignment Inventory to assigned goals.

If you have...

• BS Degree
• Desired 3-5 years of sales experience and leadership
• Industrial Technical Sales experience including pretreatment, surface treatment, and metalworking in the Specialty Chemical Industry.
• Sales and Business acumen (account & relationship management, value-based selling, etc.)
• Leadership skills: ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking skills
• The District Manager will reside in his / her assigned District geography. The position requires 50% travel

Pay transparency

Surventis is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $146,000 - $175,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
