District Manager of Operations
Florida | Tampa Bay regionThe best thing you will build here is people. You have run clinics. You know the difference between a schedule that works on paper and one that works at seven in the morning when someone calls out. A senior care organization is standing up nearly 100 care centers across Florida, the districts are being drawn right now, and it is hiring the operators who will run them.
You would lead a district of 5 to 10 senior care centers across the Tampa Bay region. In the clinics, in person, every week. You own daily performance, and you own the people who deliver it.
What you will own- Daily operations, staffing, and budgets across your care centers
- Clinician schedules, capacity, and visit volume against market targets
- Gap closure campaigns that finish above 90 percent on annual wellness visits
- The culture that keeps medical assistants, front desk teams, and clinic leaders in their seats
- New center openings from licensing and buildout through the first patient
- Vendor performance across transportation, supplies, and facilities
What you bring- Multisite healthcare operations leadership across clinics, medical practices, or care centers. More than one location, with real ownership rather than coordination
- People you have developed and promoted. Names, not philosophy. This is the first thing we will ask about
- A team you stabilized: high turnover or low morale turned around, and the numbers to describe it
- You live in the territory or you are moving to it, and you lead from the field rather than a dashboard
The financial side can be taught to the right leader. Building people cannot, which is why this posting leads with it.
Compensation sits in the top quartile of the market, in a state with no income tax. Conversations move quickly.
