District Manager - Multi-Brand QSR Operations

Location: Northern California

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $75,000+ annually, based on experience

Position Overview

The District Manager oversees the daily operations and financial performance of multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations across various brands throughout Northern California. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences while developing high-performing restaurant management teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple restaurant locations. This position requires frequent travel between restaurant locations and a commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations across various QSR brands
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, labor efficiency, and food cost management
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety regulations, and company policies
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational results
  • Support staffing, recruiting, training, and leadership development initiatives
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve financial and operational performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Assist with new restaurant openings, operational rollouts, and company initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to achieve strategic business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and coaching skills
  • Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) performance and operational metrics
  • Ability to analyze business performance data and implement effective operational strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between restaurant locations throughout Northern California
  • Experience with labor management, food cost controls, and restaurant financial reporting
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence
