Are you a results-driven multifamily leader ready to take the next step in your career? As a District Manager, you will lead onsite teams across multiple communities, partnering with General Managers and Community Managers to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and a consistent resident experience. This is a new position within our organization, offering a unique opportunity to help shape and establish the role as we continue to strengthen our operational leadership and support our communities.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and support General Managers and Community Managers across multiple communities to deliver operational excellence and a consistent resident experience.
- Develop, coach, and hold onsite leaders accountable for performance and results.
- Drive financial performance across your portfolio, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and overall property operations.
- Build strong teams by identifying talent and supporting leadership development and succession planning.
- Help shape and establish the District Manager role as a new position within IRT's operational leadership structure.
