We're looking for a high-performing, results-oriented Multi-Unit Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams, and help drive excellence across multiple location. The Multi-Unit District Manager is responsible for management of multiple restaurant's operations, which includes (but is not limited to):
- Ensure all food safety procedures are executed per company policies and health/sanitation regulations.
- Maximize store sales goals, including participation in national and local marketing programs.
- Optimize profit performance by reviewing budgets and controlling labor, food, and operating costs.
- Plan and conduct regular working store visits to ensure continual improvement in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness across all day parts.
- Recruit, recognize, and retain restaurant management; ensure proper staffing levels are achieved and maintained.
- Develop training plans and promote management growth through certified training store goals and succession planning.
- Monitor and support brand compliance through audits, evaluations, and coaching.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant operations experience; multi-unit leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, P&L analysis, and administrative processes.
- Supervisory, organizational, and communication skills — including interviewing and recruitment.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This is an on-site leadership role requiring availability across different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Frequent travel between restaurants and occasional office visits are required.
- The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and exposure to elements such as heat and cold.
- Physical requirements include bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
