What You'll Do
As our District Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the performance and success of your assigned restaurants. You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop 6 General Managers and their restaurant teams
- Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution across all 6 locations
- Drive sales growth, guest traffic, and profitability
- Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining Firehouse Subs brand standards
- Manage and improve labor, food cost, scheduling, inventory, and other controllable expenses
- Analyze restaurant performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans for continuous improvement
- Ensure restaurants meet company expectations for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational execution
- Implement company initiatives and execute training and development programs
- Build a positive, accountable culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and high performance
- Coach General Managers on leadership, restaurant operations, financial performance, and team development
- Conduct regular restaurant visits and follow up on identified opportunities
- Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development
- Partner with company leadership to achieve market and organizational goals
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, preferably in QSR or Fast Casual
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Proven track record of improving restaurant operations and achieving sales and profitability goals
- Strong understanding of restaurant labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and P&L management
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, people-first leadership style
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant environment
- Ability to travel regularly between Chattanooga-area restaurants
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
