District Manager

3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in the fast-casual, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or casual dining industry. QFRM, Inc. is a quickly growing franchise owning 47 Wendy’s locations in Southwest Florida (Parrish to Naples).

The District Manager (DM) oversees multiple Fast-Casual restaurant locations within a designated region. They are responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring brand standards, achieving financial targets, leading and developing store managers, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience across all assigned units.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all restaurants.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and succession planning.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure all restaurants maintain brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Conduct regular site visits to assess operational execution and compliance.

Implement company initiatives, policies, and procedures consistently across locations.

Financial & Business Management:

Achieve and exceed sales targets, labor goals, and profit objectives.

Analyze financial reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive corrective actions.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation efficiently.

Customer Experience:

Ensure every location delivers a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Handle escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

Support local store marketing initiatives and brand promotions.

Represent the company positively in the community and build relationships with local organizations.

Compliance & Safety:

Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

Conduct audits and follow up on action plans to correct deficiencies.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in the fast-casual, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or casual dining industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to drive results through others.

Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Ability to travel regularly within the district.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

Frequent travel to restaurant locations (daily/weekly).

Fast-paced, hands-on management style required.

May include nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
