You'll lead new community rollouts, build and develop your team, partner with property managers, and work alongside your crew in the field.This role blends white-collar leadership with blue-collar grit. You'll manage schedules, payroll, and client relationships by day, and you'll roll up your sleeves and lead from the front at night.
