DC Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Burger King restaurant locations operated by our franchise group, DC Burger Inc., throughout the Richmond, Chesapeake, and surrounding markets.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about restaurant operations, developing strong management teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business results. What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Burger King restaurant locations within your assigned district.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to build strong, high-performing restaurant teams.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining high standards for food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational goals.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide hands-on leadership.
• Support recruiting, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and food safety regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement strategies that improve restaurant performance and support business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Previous multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably within quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant operations, financial performance, and operational standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
• A results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Locations You'll Support

This position will oversee multiple Burger King restaurant locations throughout the Richmond, Chesapeake, and surrounding markets, including Williamsburg, Gloucester, Doswell, Emporia, and northeastern North Carolina. Regular travel between assigned restaurants will be required to support operations, develop management teams, and drive overall performance.
