Purpose
The District Engineer role provides engineering support for both pre-sale and contracted work. This role builds and manages an engineering team capable of carrying out needed engineering initiatives for the district. Additionally, this role will maintain an efficient operation that provides high-quality service to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of EFCO experience or engineering experience.
Past management experience a plus.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Prior management experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Strong PC skills required.
Other Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to complete basic mathematical calculations, interpret specifications, and apply engineering judgment in non-typical design applications.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and training skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
Limited travel required.
