The Distributor Manager drives revenue growth and profitability within the territory by owning distributor performance, alignment, and channel execution-ensuring demand generated in the field is effectively converted into revenue through a strong and well-developed distributor network. This role partners closely with Contractor Account Managers and broader sales resources to align efforts, maximize market coverage, and drive consistent execution, including distributor alignment, inventory investment, and sell-through of key products. results-driven approach by influencing field activity, establishing clear priorities, and maintaining strong communication across the territory. Additionally, the role provides ongoing analysis of market conditions and customer performance, delivering actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize growth.
