Shift: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Job Overview:

The Distributor Development Specialist will play a key role in the ownership and oversight of sales compliance and governance of the business structure integrity. The Specialist helps maintain accurate business structure records, drives consistent operational practices, and supports cross-functional teams in executing distributor-related requirements. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting the Distributor Development team with the creation and management of reports, legal document preparation, data & documentation management, and detailed record keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ownership of sales compliance and governance activities to ensure the integrity of distributor business structures.
  • Create, manage, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data sets to support Distributor Development operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and track legal documents and agreements related to distributor activities.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation through consistent data management and detailed record keeping.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support distributor-related processes, requirements, and initiatives.
  • Extract, analyze, and summarize data for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Support the development and communication of standard work, process documentation, and governance materials.
  • Assist in researching issues, troubleshooting discrepancies, and proposing solutions that improve data accuracy and operational consistency.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external distributor partners through clear and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in sales, sales/customer support, or data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

  • Proficiency using Salesforce to understand sales trends, competitive data, pricing, and discount structures.
  • Capability to use AI tools to pull, analyze, and summarize data.
  • Ability to write standard work and process documentation, and to audit distribution processes for compliance.
  • Strong understanding of policy origins and reasoning, organizational culture, and procedural alignment.

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • SAP experience preferred

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

This position will be onsite in Quincy, Ill. Possible travel up to 20% to attend scheduled meetings.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $48,000 - $72,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
