Operations Supervisor (Seasonal - 3 Month Assignment)

We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join a high-volume distribution center for a 3-month seasonal assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys developing teams, driving productivity, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead associates within assigned department(s)
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and workflow performance
- Adjust staffing and workloads to meet changing business demands
- Train, coach, and develop employees while supporting cross-training initiatives
- Utilize WMS/SAP systems to monitor operations and track performance metrics
- Identify process improvements and implement operational enhancements
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and company standards
- Communicate department performance and operational updates to leadership
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, or retail operations
- Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Flexible to work any shift, overtime, and 40-45+ hours per week as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
