Title- Distribution Specialist - I

Location- Frederick, Maryland, USA, 21704

Duration- 6 months contract

Swing shift: 5 pm-2 am

Department: Supply Chain

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Handle the day‐to‐day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities.
• Receive incoming shipments of non‐GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
• Dispense GMP materials to support production operations.
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed, ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate.
• Cross‐train in additional areas of the warehouse operations.
• Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (excluding patient material).
• Ensure individual employee training is up‐to‐date.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operations clean and inspection‐ready.
• Complete in‐house forklift certification.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Duties may be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree - High School Diploma
• Knowledge of GMP environment
• Years of Experience - 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment
