Join our dynamic team in Middletown,Ohio as a Distribution Specialist! This is a 3rd shift postion from 9pm-6pm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and on time. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to streamline the shipping and receiving processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overages.
- Utilize distribution software to track shipments and maintain records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any distribution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all distribution activities.
- Assist in training new team members on distribution processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a distribution or logistics role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using distribution software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
