We are seeking an experienced Distribution Marketing Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives from a distribution and sales enablement perspective. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and field sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs that support business growth across retail, wholesale, and alternative distribution channels. The ideal candidate will bring structure, discipline, and a strong B2B marketing background with expertise in field marketing, account-based marketing, and sales-driven campaigns. Insurance industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead distribution-focused marketing strategies that align with overall business growth objectives.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to develop high-impact marketing plans and sales enablement initiatives.
- Support field sales teams with go-to-market programs including client events, broker events, communications, and strategic campaigns.
- Design and execute account-based marketing initiatives targeting key clients, brokers, and distribution partners.
- Develop channel marketing strategies across retail, wholesale, and alternative distribution networks.
- Bring operational rigor, structure, and measurable processes to marketing execution.
- Create compelling executive-level presentations, marketing decks, and sales materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Track campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Identify new opportunities to expand brand presence and strengthen partner relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with significant exposure to executive leadership.
- Proven experience supporting field sales teams in B2B environments.
- Strong background in Field Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar strategic marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and sales enablement programs.
- Demonstrated success managing events, communications, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to build executive-facing decks and reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to drive disciplined execution.
