Distribution Lead

Summary:

• The Distribution Lead oversees daily activities for an account, department, or station within a warehouse operation.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to quality standards, and effective use of staff.
• Oversees inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities.
• Tracks operational efficiency and ensures work completion in an operational area.
