    Location: 2925 Chief Court, Dallas, NC 28034

    Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

    The Dixon Group is looking for a dependable and driven Distribution Lead to support daily warehouse operations and guide a team of employees in Dallas, NC! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

    What Youll Do:

    • As a Distribution Lead, you'll play a key role in the success of our operation by:
    • Leading, training, and supporting a team to meet daily production goals
    • Performing shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing activities
    • Reviewing, verifying, and processing customer orders accurately
    • Replenishing materials and maintaining inventory organization
    • Promoting a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
    • Operating within an automated warehouse management system (WMS)
    • Adapting to changing priorities and daily workflow needs

    What Were Looking For:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
    • Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified
    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
    • A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
    • Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed
    • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
