Position offers a starting salary range of $78,000 - $100,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor's Degree OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required
2-4 years of leadership experience coaching, supervising, and developing employees in a fast-paced operational environment required.
Experience leading daily operations within a manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or similar production environment required.
Demonstrated experience driving operational performance through safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery metrics required.
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and problem-solving methodologies to improve operational results required.
Experience leading employee engagement initiatives, performance management activities, and employee/labor relations matters required.
Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead teams, resolve workplace issues, and partner across functions required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
