You adjust staffing based on inbound schedules, double-check today’s outbound priorities, and set a clear plan for safety and throughput. Mid-morning, you lead a quick huddle to align shipping, receiving, and inventory control. • Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping for accuracy and speed.
    • Safeguard inventory integrity through routine cycle counts and periodic audits; investigate and reconcile variances.
    • Champion safety: implement and enforce policies, conduct checks, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
    • Coordinate daily flow with logistics, shipping, and receiving to balance workload and eliminate bottlenecks.
    • Troubleshoot operational issues quickly; escalate when needed to keep service levels on track.
