In this role, you will

• Operate forklifts and powered equipment to move, stage, and store products.
• Load and unload trailers with accuracy and care.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and light maintenance to keep gear safe and efficient.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety rules and company procedures.
• Assist with inventory control: counting, tracking, and documenting stock levels.
• Work side-by-side with your team to achieve daily throughput and shipping deadlines.
• Escalate equipment malfunctions and potential hazards immediately.

You have

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Forklift operator certification—or the motivation to obtain one.
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear directions.
• The strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and other physical work.
• Great communication habits and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and reporting tasks.
