- Recruit and manage independent contractors
- Ensure delivery meets standards
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain route lists and reports
- Support distribution operationsRequirements:

- Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and insurancePhysical Requirements:
- Lift up to 35 lbs
- Carry up to 50 lbs
