Distribution Associate

A Distribution Associate role responsible for warehousing and material distribution tasks related to product shipment - including order processing, palletizing, and shipment accuracy - at a distribution center in Covington, GA.

• Process customer orders: scan barcodes, pick cases, label boxes
• Palletize completed orders (scan, retrieve, place on pallets)
• Process orders using RF technology
• Verify shipment accuracy and handle packaging
• Perform dock manifest duties (scan pallets, operate shrink wrapper)
• Operate ground/manual manifest station as needed
• Cross-train on other warehouse roles and provide backup coverage

• 0- 5 years overall; 1 year of relevant warehouse/distribution experience preferred

.

• RF scanner operation
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience preferred
• Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
