We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution and Warehouse Construction Project Manager to join our team in Duluth, GA. As a leading general contractor in the area, we specialize in commercial construction projects and are looking for a talented individual to oversee our distribution and warehouse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
- Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, superintendents, and support staff

Qualifications:
