Position Summary...
The Distinguished, Product Manager leads enterprise-wide product strategy for Walmart''s most ambitious global commerce initiative: consolidating our shopping experiences across the Americas. This role shapes the organizational capabilities and competitive positioning required to deliver a frictionless, market-native experience for customers across borders. Responsible for defining the strategic framework, governing a multi-phase product roadmap, and aligning complex cross-functional and cross-market stakeholders, the position drives mass adoption of a single app while ensuring regulatory compliance, localization excellence, and platform scalability. The role champions emerging technologies - including unified identity and cross-border payment infrastructure - and sets the standard for product management excellence across global markets.

Team members drive enterprise-level decisions, partner with senior leadership across geographies, and are accountable for outcomes that directly expand Walmart''s global customer base and competitive positioning against the world''s leading digital commerce platforms.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
