About the Role
A leading U.S.-based law firm is seeking a highly motivated Business Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle business and commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Develop and execute case strategies
- Manage cases independently and as part of a legal team
- Support trial preparation and client representation
- Work on disputes related to:
- Supply chain litigation
- Commercial disputes
- International trade and tariffs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business/commercial litigation
- Strong experience in:
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Case strategy development
- Managing litigation matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
- Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Preferred Skills
- Experience in supply chain litigation
- Exposure to international trade or tariff-related matters
