JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze key business metrics, create action plans, and achieve buy-in from the team Maintain effective P&L management by driving sales growth by managing expenses, budgets, deposits, and accounts receivable Oversee execution and maintenance of all retail operations, including workforce management, inventory reconciliation and technology solutions - Devices as well as Website, POS, Loyalty Work with the Security and Compliance to ensure operations are to state regulations while making sure all diversion/theft/loss prevention security policies and practices are being followed Foster positive and productive relationships with key regulators, inspectors, and law enforcement personnel. Dutchess Cannabis of Hillsboro, OH is looking to hire a Dispensary Assistant General Manager! The Assistant General Manager, in cooperation with the General Manager and Leadership Team, is responsible for the execution of the retail store - best-in-class customer experiences with efficient sales operations that drive profitable top line sales. All Assistant Manager duties and responsibilities must be executed with a commitment to the values of Dutchess Cannabis in a manner that supports our team, customers, and communities.
