Confidential Experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow established processes with consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 510 years of HVAC service dispatch experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations
Excellent ability to retain information, understand processes, and execute them consistently
Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF software, and Outlook
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 50100 customer interactions daily via phone and email
Schedule preventive maintenance and repair service calls
Dispatch the appropriate technicians based on the scope and type of work
Prepare, update, and send customer estimates
Coordinate with Purchasing, Projects, and Operations to ensure customer information and job details remain accurate and current
Work closely with field technicians to ensure they have the information and resources needed for success
Follow established procedures consistently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Assist with general office management and administrative duties as needed
