Job Title: Dispatcher Supervisor
Position Overview
We are a fast-paced plumbing house seeking an experienced, high-energy Dispatcher Supervisor to run our daily logistics. You will work side-by-side with the General Manager to coordinate customer orders, manage service routes, and oversee our fleet. This is a hands-on, high-volume role requiring expert knowledge of plumbing parts and heavy physical lifting.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Answer heavy incoming phone calls from customers and contractors quickly.
- Technician Dispatch: Assign, route, and dispatch calls directly to field technicians efficiently.
- Fleet Maintenance: Track truck maintenance schedules, service logs, and vehicle safety.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist with heavy loading, order pulling, and staging materials for dispatch.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing industry experience.
- Parts Knowledge: 5+ years of deep, expert-level knowledge of plumbing parts.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to continuously lift and move 100+ lbs.
- Speed: Proven ability to thrive and make fast decisions under pressure.
