Lingo Staffing is hiring a Dispatcher for a leading manufacturing partner in Roanoke, VA!

This is a great opportunity for skilled warehouse and material handling professionals with forklift and/or overhead crane experience who are looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term growth in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklift and/or overhead crane to move raw materials and finished goods
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently
  • Transport materials to and from production areas
  • Stage and organize finished products for shipment
  • Store raw materials in designated locations according to company standards
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow material handling procedures
  • Occasionally use hand tools and read basic blueprints as needed
  • Maintain safety and productivity standards in a manufacturing environment
Requirements:
  • Previous forklift and/or overhead crane experience required
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
  • Ability to follow written instructions and read basic production documents
