The Opportunity

As a Service Dispatcher, you''ll play a critical role in our daily operations by coordinating service calls and matching the right technician to the right job at the right time.

This position requires excellent communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to balance changing priorities while delivering an outstanding experience for both customers and technicians.

What You''ll Do

• Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize work based on urgency.
• Dispatch the appropriate technician for each service call.
• Communicate accurate job information to field technicians.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules throughout the day.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates regarding technician arrival and job status.
• Record, document, and manage service calls accurately.
• Assist in training and mentoring new dispatch team members.
• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives, technicians, and leadership to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support continuous improvement of dispatch operations and customer experience.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous dispatching experience preferred, ideally within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional phone and computer skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
