Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. This will be for the dayshift dispatch position. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. 


Responsibilities 

• Monitor drivers working hours and equipment availability
• Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective
• Scheduling pick ups and drop offs
• Answering emails and phone calls pertaining to loads
• Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
• Scanning in POD's

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
• Excellent typing and data entry skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Ability to work well under pressure
