Growing Orlando office seeking a customer servicefocused Dispatcher to coordinate daily routes for up to 15 drivers completing up to 70 stops/day. If youre a clear communicator, quick problem-solver, and detail-oriented, this could be a great fit.
Schedule: MonFri, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (in office)
Pay: $26$28/hr (temp-to-hire)
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and support drivers with daily route changes/updates
- Answer phones and assist customers with service questions
- Partner with the sales team to communicate priorities and updates
- Track contract details that impact billing and ensure accurate info is captured
Requirements
- 2+ years of dispatch experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to give clear direction
- Critical thinker / strong problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy + strong attention to detail
