The Dispatcher will schedule technician appointments at customer sites and facilitates communication between technicians, customers, and the company as well as assist in fleet and safety management.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Identification & Optimization
Analyze job types, technician skill sets, and geographic zones to prioritize high-revenue opportunities.Monitor real-time job flow and proactively adjust schedules to capture incremental revenue.Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify upsell opportunities during dispatch.Track and report missed revenue opportunities due to scheduling gaps or inefficiencies.
Dispatch Operations
Assign and route service jobs to technicians based on availability, proximity, and skill level.Ensure technicians are fully utilized throughout the day to meet service and revenue targets.Communicate effectively with field teams to manage delays, cancellations, and reschedules.
Customer Experience
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate technician arrival.Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Data & Reporting
Use dispatch software and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as job completion rates, revenue per job, and technician productivity.Provide daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance and revenue impact.
