Dispatcher

Join our small but growing trucking company as a Dispatcher, where you'll be a key part of coordinating and supporting our truck drivers. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a friendly approach to managing phone, email, and text interactions. With shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, you’ll contribute to efficient route planning and scheduling while working within a close-knit dispatch team. No travel is required, and there are opportunities for advancement as our company expands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with trucking drivers and other team members
• Manage scheduling and route planning for timely deliveries
• Handle phone, email, and text correspondence promptly and professionally
• Coordinate daily logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Use specialized dispatch software to organize and track shipments
• Multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in logistics or dispatching
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and time management
