Role and Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinates driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, EFS card, & ComChecks
- Organized driver Outbound/Inbound window and calls
- Verifies Bills of Ladings
- Build loads in McLeod.
- Must be able to assist with HOS and ELD compliance.
- Assist with tracking & recording.
- Ensure Yard Checks are complete.
- Update McLeod with Driver & Truck information daily
- Complete E-manifest requirements as needed.
- Develop reports as needed.
- Coordinate Trip Envelopes and distribute as needed.
- Manage Relationships with driver.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Strong communication skills, proficient English, telephone skills, strong computer skills, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking, be dependable and have strong time management skills.
