Dispatcher / Accounting Assistant

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview
Seeking a Dispatcher/Accounting Assistant to support the current dispatcher and accounting team. Plumbing contractor experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Coordinate and manage field service calls
- Assist with dispatching and scheduling
- Prepare and process invoices
- Perform accounting data entry and filing
- Support general office and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- contractor experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- Dispatching and invoicing experience
- Sage/Peachtree Accounting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
