We are looking for a Dispatcher/CSR to join our warehouse team!
Job Duties:
Provide excellent customer service to customers and drivers
Coordinate and dispatch drivers
Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams
Support daily warehouse operations
Help coordinate schedules and transportation activities
Assist with resolving issues and maintaining smooth operations
Requirements:
Customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dispatching, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
