ProLogistix is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Greer, SC! If you have strong computer skills, dispatch experience, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Shift: Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM $22.00/HR
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers
- Schedule delivery orders directly with customers
- Communicate with drivers throughout the delivery process
- Monitor and manage daily routes using two web-based dispatch systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving delivery issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and update delivery information in real time
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous dispatch experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience working with internet-based systems and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
