As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating schedules, supporting field teams, and delivering exceptional service—while being part of a company that truly values its employees and invests in their success.

Responsibilities (Text Only): - Coordinate freight movements. - Dispatch and assign drivers for customers in locations. - Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers. - Effectively communicate with yard managers to access their transportation/dispatch needs. - All other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:Required
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other departments and all levels of employees.
- Must always represent the company in a positive and professional manner to enhance the company’s image with employees, leadership, and the public.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Federal and State DOT regulations.
- Ability to make quick decisions in an ever changing fast paced work environment.
Preferred
- At least three years of experience in dispatch.
