Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Assistant Account Manager to support our operations and client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain customer portals with job status, documentation, and service updates
Coordinate and update dispatching schedules for technicians
Accurately enter technician notes and service details into customer systems
Create and process invoices in a timely manner
Communicate with customers to ensure clarity, satisfaction, and timely updates
Assist Account Managers with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Ensure all service records are accurate and up to date
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support, account management, or service coordination preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple systems, portals, and software platforms
High attention to detail and accuracy
