 Schedule and dispatch inspectors to appropriate locations according to customer specifications or needs. Ensureemployee dispatched is suitable for job in question. Update and coordinate with Operations personnel regarding

coverageofactualandanticipatedjobs.

 PrimaryDutiesandResponsibilities                                                                                          

•            Responsiblefordispatchingoffieldpersonnel,ensuringaccuracyofjobinstructions,matchingqualified personnel with requirements of job and overall handling of assignments

•            Preparedailyworkschedulesandemergencycoveragescenarios

•            Relayworkorders,messages,andinformationtoorfromfieldinspectors,laboratorystaff,supervisorsand customers

•            WheninstructedbyOperationspersonnel,conferwithcustomersinordertoaddressquestions,problems,and requests for service

•            ResponsibleforthecollectionanddistributionoffieldpaperworktoOperationsstafftoallowthemtoprepare updates and reports for customers

•            Othersimilardutiesrelatedtofieldinspectionworkandoperationscoordinationasassignedbysupervisor

 Skills/Qualifications                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

•            1+yearexperienceinthepetroleum,petrochemical,andchemicalindustryincludingactualhandsonexperience of inspection and/or laboratory work

•            BachelororAssociatedegreepreferred

•            Goodcommunication,organization,andinter-personalskillsamust.Abilitytoworkunderpressureandreact quickly
