GIVE BASIC JOB DUTIES: Supervise and dispatch a group of drivers to meet all productivity, safety, and service goals. Responsibilities include manpower planning, routing, dispatching, and coordinating with yard operations to fulfill daily needs.
SKILLS REQUIRED (MINIMUM): 3 years previous supervisory and dispatching experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to mange tasks. Able to use multiple programs in the MS Office Suite.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS: Good customer service skills. Bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement.
