What You'll Do:
Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations
Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery performance
Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers and dispatch personnel
Monitor fleet activity and respond to real-time transportation challenges
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
Collaborate with customers, operations, and warehouse teams to maintain service excellence
Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements
Handle escalations, scheduling conflicts, and service recovery efforts
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
Experience with TMS, dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation best practices
