Dispatch and Compliance Administrator
$26 to $32/hr | EARLY 1st Shift (approx 4:30am – 1pm)

Are you someone who likes keeping things organized and running smoothly? Do you like talking with new people just as much as with regular clients? This role puts you at the center of operations—making sure every load, every driver, and every record is accurate and on time.
The position involves:
Weighing and tracking materials & handling shipping and dispatch paperwork.
Coordinating with drivers and the logistics team to keep operations running smoothly and on time.
Looking for someone organized, comfortable with computers, and good at communicating.
Industrial or logistics experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
A few things worth considering:
The schedule starts early, but you also finish early, leaving you plenty of time for your own daily activities.
Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, stock purchase, and tuition assistance.
We promote from within, offer training, and provide room to grow into other roles.
You would be joining a company focused on environmental sustainability and recycling.
This could be the start of something bigger! Get your foot in the door, build your skills, and take advantage of a company that believes in promoting from within. Your next career move might be closer than you think! If you want a job where your work matters every day and you’re part of a team that keeps operations moving, this could be the perfect fit.
