Job Title: Disinfecting/Sanitizing Laborer

Responsibilities

• Disinfect and sanitize air handler chamber walls, floors, and ceilings
• Replace pre-filters and main filters exposed to pollen, dust, and debris
• Clean air handlers' internal chambers using cleaning agents
• Work from ladders as needed
• Use disposable rubber gloves, safety glasses, and N95 masks provided
• Wear safety and non-slip shoes during work
• Perform tasks in uncomfortable positions and lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience with cleaning hard-to-reach places
• Knowledge of safety precautions in hazardous work areas
• Ability to work in uncomfortable positions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work from ladders and wear protective gear
