Summary: A Sacred Pepper Dishwasher is a very important asset to our Kitchen, this
individual helps to deliver an outstanding experience to our guests by ensuring 100%
cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware. The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and
restocking dishware and maintaining the Back of the House appearance. The dishwasher may also be required to assist in food preparation procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not
limited to, the following:
1. Helps to complete assigned pre-work to stock and set up stations as necessary.
2. Breaks down, and cleans station or work area at end of shift.
3. Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
4. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
5. Uses sharp knives and utensils.
6. May clean slicers or other kitchen machinery.
7. Able to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods of time, with up to 5
lbs. of weight.
8. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance
with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
9. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other team members to foster and
promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to
maximum team member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
10. Displays a favorable image ofSacred Pepperat all times.
11. Performs calmly and effectively under pressure.
12. Safely transports items to and from the kitchen on a slick surface.
